The Ukrainian crisis is prompting an inspiring display of solidarity and charity both here in Ireland and across the globe. We have received many questions from the public on how Irish citizens can help with the crisis, whether it's through sponsoring refugees or donating supplies and aid.
Right now, there is no single agency or network coordinating all relief efforts or organising options for supporting and relocating refugees.
Donate to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine crisis appeal
Red Cross teams are on the ground now in Ukraine and will continue their work to repair vital infrastructure, support health facilities, and help families with life-saving food and hygiene items.
Donate to Polish Humanitarian Action
Poland-based organisations are providing humanitarian assistance including food and other forms of support to people who have had to leave their homes. They are asking for donations to help people affected by conflict, including internally displaced persons and refugees coming to Poland.
