As we approach the holiday season, CISC would like to bring to your attention an important announcement regarding the renewal of your Irish Residence Permit (IRP) card.

If you plan to travel this Christmas holiday season and your IRP card is expiring during this period, you should submit your renewal application by October 31, 2024.

The Immigration Services Registration Office at Burgh Quay, Dublin, is currently facing a high volume of IRP card renewal applications and cannot guarantee that any submissions made after October 31, 2024, will be processed in time for delivery before holiday travel.
